ABOUT US:

Founded in 2007, Black Label Billiards is a designer and manufacturer of custom game room furniture in the United States. We specialize in creating high-quality furniture for spaces where families and friends gather to have fun. Our pieces are fully customizable with a variety of wood species, metals, finishes, fabrics, leathers, and other options, allowing you to craft entertainment spaces that reflect your client’s unique style and décor.

To qualify for your Design Professional discount, we will need a few documents to verify your credentials:

  • Business License or resale certificate

LEAD TIMES:

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Lead times may vary, so please inquire about the estimated time frame when placing your order. On average it takes 12-14 weeks 

SAMPLES:

Our swatch handle includes fabrics, premium leathers, game and billiard cloth colors, and many wood finishes on various species of wood. Any product we make can be ordered with any wood, finish, fabric, etc.

SHIPPING:

All orders are palletized, then wrapped and secured for safe transit. Once your order is wrapped and ready, we will select the best freight carrier for your area and ship to the address specified. Please inspect the shipment carefully upon arrival and note any damages on the receipt of goods. If you encounter any issues, please contact us.

TERMS:

We require a 50% deposit to begin production of your order. This deposit can be paid by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). The remaining balance is due when the product is ready to ship. We will contact you approximately one week before your order is ready with the final payment amount. Your credit card will not be charged, nor will your check be deposited, until your order is on our dock, complete, wrapped, and ready for shipment.
