Refund & Return Policy

Game Tables

All game table sales are final. Game tables cannot be returned or exchanged, and orders cannot be canceled after the order is accepted or production begins. This applies to pool tables, shuffleboards, foosball tables, table tennis tables, and other game tables, including custom, semi-custom, and in-stock tables.

This final-sale policy does not exclude valid claims involving manufacturing defects, damage, an incorrect item, or an applicable product warranty. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is a problem. If structural damage is discovered before installation, do not have the table installed until Black Label Billiards provides instructions.

Accessories

Eligible accessories may be returned within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, the accessory must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

To request an accessory return, email sales@blacklabelbilliards.com within the 30-day period. If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Accessory Refunds

We will notify you after the returned accessory has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Additional Game Table Terms

  • Black Label Billiards installation mechanics do not mount lighting because of insurance and liability restrictions.
  • Pool tables are guaranteed to be level when installation is completed. Floor settling may result in additional charges for a return visit to re-level the table.
  • Production and delivery dates are estimates. Unexpected or uncontrollable delays may occur.
  • Delivery and installation costs may change if previously undisclosed site conditions or access requirements are identified.
