Where can I find pricing?

Most all our tables are priced individually based on play surface size, materials, and rarity of the wood or paint finish selected, as well as complexity of labor. Direct inquiries are always welcome at 888.617.7665 or sales@blacklabelbilliards.com

Are all the pool tables custom made to order?

All the pool tables and accessories produced by Black Label Billiards are custom made to order not including our economy line of pool tables. That enables us to be able to modify all options of the pool table to the clients specifications.

Where can I see Black Label Billiards first hand?

Several public spaces around the world exhibit our pool tables. Please contact us directly for information on the closest installation location available. 

What is production time?

Production is different for each individual pool table. Typical production time is between 12 to 14 weeks. But again, that varies on the item being manufactured.

How is shipping arranged?

We have a select group of shippers who fully understand our work at Black Label Billiards. When your piece is nearing completion, we will contact you with the remaining quote for your approval. Once approved, the table will be shipped and then we will work with you or your team to arrange an installation time at your connivence. 

Are we able to return custom made game tables?

Once a custom made game table is initiated we are unable to cancel or return. If there is a problem with the product, the issue will be rectified immediately. Please contact us by telephone at 888.617.7665 or email at sales@blacklabelbilliards.com. Send us any photos or videos of your problem. We will quickly proceed to replace or repair the purchased product.

Can we return cue racks and triangles?

If you're not completely satisfied with your cue rack or triangle, just contact us at sales @ blacklabelbilliards.com to receive an RMA(return) code. But please keep the following in mind during the return process:

  • Returns must be received in original condition with original crate within 20 days of receipt or date of purchase, whichever is later.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • There is a 10% restocking fee.

How do I maintain my pool table?

If a more intensive restoration is needed or fabric change required, please contact us.

Is my data protected?

Most of our products transactions are offline because there are several stages required in the customization of your table. All other applicable products and transactions that are available are transacted in a secure and safe HTTPS server.
